| How much of a deposit will I need to reserve a
bus and when will I pay the balance ? |
| Usual deposits are $100 per bus within 10 days of the date ordered. In
some cases the deposit amount could be more, depending on the
trip. Final payment is due 15 days prior to departure. For
those last minute trips, payment in full is due on booking. |

| Is smoking allowed on the bus ? |
| Carolina Charters has NO SMOKING policy on board all buses. We
will be happy to stop at reasonable intervals and at sites appropriate
for motor coaches to allow passengers to disembark and smoke. |

| Do you allow food and beverage on the bus
? What about alcohol ? |
| We will allow food and beverage on the bus. Please remember this
is a privilege granted by Carolina Charters and may be rescinded at the discretion
of the driver. Only personal size coolers, small enough fit UNDER
the seat in front of you will be allowed. No glass containers,
please. Trash receptacles are located in the front and rear of the
bus for your convenience. Alcohol will be allowed on select charters as
long as terms and conditions are met and the group is in
compliance with State alcohol consumption laws. There may
be additional deposits and fees for this privilege. |

| What items are prohibited on the bus ? |
| Decorations that would interfere with the drivers vision or cause
distraction |
| Sunflower seeds or gum of any type |
| Tobacco products |
| Glass containers |
| Golf shoes or any type of shoe with spikes (while on the bus) |
| Fuel containers |
| Fire arms, explosives and all fireworks |
| Any illegal/non-prescription drug |

| Is the driver's gratuity included in the price ? |
| No. It is customary for the customer to provide a gratuity to
drivers for excellent and safe service. |

| Can we see the bus before our trip ? |
| Scheduling a time to view a bus is sometimes difficult due to the fact they are
often "on the road". Be assured the bus will
will meet your needs and be in good condition. |

| What happens if our bus breaks down ? |
| We will dispatch another bus if it is determined the one you have is
inoperable at no cost to you. This will be done as quickly as
possible if timely repairs can't be made. |

| Will there be charges other than the cost of the
bus ? |
| The group will be responsible for any permit, entrance fees or parking
charges if applicable. If the trip is an overnight, the group is responsible
for providing the driver with a single hotel room. If your trip
involves 2 or more buses, each driver must have his or her own private
room. |

| Is there a fee if we cancel ? |
| Confirmed charters are subject to a cancellation fee, per bus, per
day, if canceled less than a week prior to departure. No refunds
or credits will be given for buses canceled with less than a 48-hour
notice. All charters are subject to cancellation by Carolina
Charters if payments are not received by the due date. |
